Im not an attorney or anything close to it but it seems a simple P&L statement that is broken down monthly could reveal the tenants not paying their rent on time enough to warrant eviction.

@Heidi Fahringer wasted time doing several calls and then a meeting with a CPA and then got shocked with their proposed fee.After even more wasted time trying to find out from them why the fee was 10x what I had been paying - a lightbulb in my head finally lit up and I asked the revealing question and found they had a minimum charge.Obviously, we were not a fit.

Apparently the seller's title search didn't reveal a lien (ours did) which wiped out more than 80% of their remaining equity. - Expect rehab costs to exceed initial estimates (maybe double)!

Well....should you invest in a city where the people elected a woman with foreclosures, liens, judgements, garnishments, ethical violations from the state ethics board,  misused a city credit card, went three years arrears on her federal taxes all while yelling for other people to pay "  their fair share, " left skeletonized dead bodies hanging over Canal St for months on end covered only by a tarp until the wind blew it off to reveal to our horror her blatant disrespect for human dignity?
