There are two Bigger Pockets meet ups near Frisco one in Plano and one in Richardson.  

I think your most profitable flips right now in DFW are absolutely in the $250 - $400k ARV range, located in the hot school districts I continue to tout...Richardson, Grapevine/Colleyville, Fisco & Plano. 

Of the 3 homes contracted, I plan to rehab one of them (high-end home near country club), wholesale another (deeply bought Plano home), and list one as-is (great condition).Spring is here and I am expecting to buy 10+ homes over the next couple of months.

I ideally would like to be self employed.I recently was hired on at the new Toyota North America in Plano Tx.

@Ronald Rohde  Hi  thank you for replying.For major repairs  nothing more than 10k  to repair. i try to avoid foundation issues and bad water damage. as for the areas im thinking north east dallas ( McKennie, Plano, and Richardson )

I live in Richardson, right but Plano and would like to stick to 30 min commute from my work.my real estate agent is aware of my intention to buy a property, live in it for a year and then rent it out.

In January, I moved to Dallas to work in Plano.
