Fresh College Graduate - Excited to Learn!

Hello All,

Well I joined BP a couple months ago, but really became involved this past month. I just graduated from Texas A&M with a BBA in December. In January, I moved to Dallas to work in Plano. I consider myself blessed to have a job, but I really want to use REI as a means to create passive income (Buy and Hold). I know it won't come without hard work, which I'm more than willing to put in. BP has been a great resource so far. I'm probably on my 15th podcast so far. I'm listening to it commuting, at work, at the gym (maybe a little too much ;). However, I really want to get involved locally in the North Dallas (DFW) area Real Estate atmosphere and eventually find a mentor in the area. If any local investors have any opportunities for me to get hands on experience or just to chat over coffee, please let me know! I'd love to buy your coffee. Thanks!
