Plano seems to pretty expensive so I hope you bought something in demand and has good Cerberus appeal.

@Geode Pratt I'm interested in North Dallas (Addison, Plano, Friscos McKinney, Allen, Little Elm, The Colony, and certain parts of Carrollton).

I think it is easier to find deals with better cash flow a bit outside of the metroplex, but they do not appreciate in the same way as in Plano or McKinney!
