Hello Everyone

My name is Jeff. I am moving from California to Texas (North Dallas) in December. I am very excited about investing in Texas real estate. I have experience with a rental unit in Southern California. Looking forward to the lower prices in Dallas and would like to buy a rental property sometime soon.
