Edward everything is competitive.Now in commercial for the most part you do not get newbies in mass overpaying.In residential there might be a ton of people with 10k or 20k sitting around.

I'm looking into white pages pro (will call their sales line to see search criteria) white pages checks against dnc I am looking to search my home owners, not on dnc list by zip codes and then need to find a way to mass check against current listing on MLS

I'm not sure about Mass, but I'm 99.99999% sure for residential apartments in CT you are only allowed to collect the equivalent of 3 months rent up front, whether it is called rent, deposit, fees, or whatever.

I agree, I don't understand the need to perfect IOS version and not have a need to even develop an Android version...I would think getting this to the masses is what you would be after but you shoot yourself in the foot by discounting an Android version....IMO....
