Hi. As stated in my subject line, My name is Walter I'm 33 years old and I'm blessed to have a beautiful wife who shares the same goal as me as we both are looking to become full time real estate investors. Currently we both work for the Massachusetts Trial Court and are not interested in working for 40 plus years to make 80% of our top pay. We are looking to network and learn as much as possible. hi eric.. We are interested in flipping but are split on rentals as I feel it would help my wife to be able to quit(she drives an hour to work) sooner. She wants nothing to do with rentals.

When I joined Bigger Pockets I jumped right in and started posting. I learned quickly how awesome the community is Everyone is very helpful, supportive and encouraging. You've come to the right place. Read everything and listen to the podcast. BP is a plethora of information.

This is a great place to learn. Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.
This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business. Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.
Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have. Most things are Worcester and East but there is a new Western Mass meeting some people started up recently. I don't have all the details but hopefully some of the other Western MA people will chime in. I am pretty sure it is this Wed the 18th in Springfield. I do know that there is a FB group to check out:
