From structured breakout networking sessions to quick business card exchanges in the hall ways of the hotel, it seemed every corner you looked there was a business plan or partnership forming right in front of you creating a sense of urgency to join the crowd!

There are so many unknown-unknowns and, unless you have a very experienced mentor willing to walk you through it, I don't think it's worth the risk for a rookie to take on self management.

I am new to real estate investing and was reaching out to anyone in the Spokane area that was willing to be interested in being a mentor.

We do have a partner we're working with but she's coaching us out of state so itd be nice to find a mentor or co-wholesaler to work with locally. 

Just would need a mentor.
