These people don’t understand what they are doing and in their minds landlords are an enemy and anytime you can stick your finger in their eye you should.  

I'm patiently waiting for Biden to roll out a policy forgiving student loans (fingers crossed).  

I'm hoping I can get a contractor to walk the property with me by this weekend, fingers crossed that this works out :)

@Susan Maneck I’m keeping my fingers crossed we get a judge that has no problem evicting them.

Fingers crossed that I will be able to do this every year until we find our forever home.

As Fast as I could get this fingers to type, I wrote an email and snipped the a picture of the property and sent it to my realtor.

Or, do I just sit back with my fingers crossed and hope for the best and get a favorable appraiser on a good day?  

@Ryan A Rodriguez-Wiggins i have my fingers crossed because my team is untested to this point, however it is made of friends of friends that i have known for years growing up, so i hope that relationship is enough to hold accountable (as well as well documented scope of work and incentivized payment schedules.)
