I was wondering when the right time to start investing in real estate would be...and what amount of capital should I seek to invest in real estate, starting out as young entrepreneur? 

Wholesaling is NOT an industry, it is providing a service in real estate.Real estate agents can make really good money, but they do so under legal and ethical constraints at a commission level that has a very long standing in the industry.Another aspect to setting fees is the financial risk taken by the entrepreneur, do they have real money invested, placed at risk, or are they simply a no skin in the game transaction facilitator, like an agent?

Some companies look at their cost to acquire a customer through traditional channels and determine that paying a sales staff of entrepreneurs is a much more cost effective way to gather customers. 

Think this is accurate.Rather, it is done/offered by RE Entrepreneurs who help people who cannot sell their nice home, but are willing to lease it for a few years, and then sell it to the Tenant Buyer, who was leasing it.  

I've been an entrepreneur almost my entire adult life and will tell you the least amount of money I've ever made was when I had a "real job". 

Entrepreneurs do much better.

I do not personally know of any entrepreneur that did not start out working 60 hrs/wk minimum. 

I spent many years speaking to other specialties on the phone or in person, great with numbers and spreadsheets, researching and documentation.To attain the knowledge and wisdom from other entrepreneurs would be awesome.

Glad to be within this community of knowledgeable and driven entrepreneurs, and am looking forward to networking and gleaming information from you all, as well as sharing my knowledge as well.
