Newbie - Florida
Good Evening,
I am so excited about starting my real estate investing business.
I would like to learn all there is about wholesaling, investing in rental properties, little or no money real estate investing and flipping houses.
I have a business degree and many years of experience in finance. I spent many years speaking to other specialties on the phone or in person, great with numbers and spreadsheets, researching and documentation.
To attain the knowledge and wisdom from other entrepreneurs would be awesome. I would love to connect with other investors who would be willing to mentor me. I offer my assistance and the skill sets I have obtained. I would love to assist in tracking, mailing, or filing or whatever is needed.
I live in the St. Petersburg, FL area (Pinellas County), 15-20 min from Clearwater, FL area (beautiful) and across the bridge from Tampa Bay area.
