Wanted to build a shower with glass doors, but several people suggested that it's better to have a classic bathtub with a curtain, because shower doors may break easily.

As I am now entering the realm of investment property management I am now feeling the need to protect my personal assets by doing the classic “Put my rental into an LLC”.
