What's better for rental, a bathtub or a shower with glass doors?

I want to build a 2nd bathroom in a large 2 story 4 bedroom unit. This town is popular among young professionals. Most likely this unit will be shared by several friends. Wanted to build a shower with glass doors, but several people suggested that it's better to have a classic bathtub with a curtain, because shower doors may break easily. What are your thoughts? Appreciate an opinion of professional landlords.
