As far as relocating, after you've chosen the area that best suits you I'd see if friends and family may have someone that needs a roommate so you can find the best spot for yourself before you sign a lease or rent an apartment...Ask Amtrak if they had relocation experts that are in those cities that help with finding housing.Good luck on your career venture and start looking for areas that if your planning on investing in, besides working in has the most potential for you.

I am also currently using a turnkey provider and I don't see many multi's.I would have chosen to go more local but the market here in Utah seems quite pricey.
