You can find out which banks have an appetite for mobile home parks by asking the MH/RV brokers in your area, networking through other owners of parks in your area, or simply obtain list of the smaller banks in your area/region and call them to see if they have lent on parks in the past.

As an agent, I call ahead of time and see what the appetite is for a lower offer. 

Realize the higher you spend the harder it is to cash flow (typically) as expensive markets tend to be appreciation plays, single vs multifamily, age of home, appetite for renovations, and many other factors.

Most community banks with an appetite for real estate will offer the same loan structure, albeit limited to term loans (3, 5, 7, 10 years).
