Lending Help for MHP deal

Hey Guys, 

I am trying to close on a property in the Charlotte Metro but need a lender in the commercial space.  It is a MHP with right at 20 units, a mix of POH and TOH.  Priced at 600k and doing about 9k gross.  I would love suggestions for lenders etc, the less I have to put down the better.  Thanks so much.
