Art Maydan Put Rent Amount on Yard Sign?
18 October 2016 | 5 replies
I don't add this information on the For Rent sign (signs I've seen that do this don't have much room for the information on number of bedrooms/baths and the rent anyway so the information is quite small). If you wish you can always add on a brochure box to your sign where interested parties can take a copy of an ad describing the rental in more detail (and hope that these papers don't get scattered around the yard).I do a voice mail to my phone telling folks if they're calling about the rental it's so many bedrooms, so many bathroom, the rent and security deposit is such and such and if they'd like more information on the property please leave their name and number and I'll get back with them very soon.Gail
