Put Rent Amount on Yard Sign?

I listed the first floor of the duplex I just bought to house hack on Craigslist, Zillow, and a few other sites two days ago and put a “For Rent” sign in the front yard today with just my number. Would you include the price and the bedrooms/bathrooms on the sign too? I’ve received 4 calls that all lost interest when I told them the price. I ran the comps and the price is fair.

The house is the nicest on the block and is a gut rehab with in-unit laundry, brand new everything, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc. My thought was that I don’t list the price and they call, I tell them all that and then maybe the price was more than they wanted to spend, but they’re willing to spend more once they hear how nice it is. On the other, I do want to weed out people who won’t pay the rent. What would you do?
