Hey John,I'm not a pilot, wanted to go to USNA and be a F16 pilot, went to USNA Prep as a CPL in the USMC in Newport RI, flunked the Jet flight physical at 6'4", cried like a baby to the flight surgeon, said I could fly other machines, but no at 19 wanted my jets, that's another story.Your point about training and charging based on "how much do you want to make" and a percentage of your goal is intriguing.

I would ask your insurance agent how did they arrive at such a high reconstruction value...I am a Farmers agent and we use a software called 360 value where you input the address and based on the area/and the number of claims and material used in that particular area the software will tell us a guestimate of the amount it would take to rebuild the home...So this is very important because it directly affects your insurance premium (the money you are paying for that specific coverage) The personal property amount should be lowered if you don't think you need this much because again this is affecting you premium and you're basically being over insured which costs money...liability at 300K is what I suggest when the owner is residing at the property if you are not living in the property and you renting it to others I would suggest 500K the maximum (for Farmers) is 1 million....medical payments to be honest will rarely be used (this is for example someone gets hurt on your property and they come after you for medical payments this would come from here) but to be honest if someone gets hurt on your property and they come after you for money is going to be more than $3K thats why its important to have the right amount of liability this is where the monies would usually come from...and loss of use is the monies that would be applied to a hotel stay while your property is being reconstructed from the covered loss that occurred...on the other hand if you are renting the property these monies would go towards the rents you would go without while the property is inhabitable...hope this helps!
Steven Hamilton II My Birthday Present

My teeth were close to nerves so I had to have a specialist maxxio facial surgeon do the surgery.I always couldn't breathe well so finally checked it out.I only had 15% breathing in my nose. One side was completely blocked with a bone spur and the other side was a deviated septum in a moon shape blocking off the other. The surgeon said I probably did it all the years of playing sports as a kid and when my nose bled didn't think anything of it at the time.So the took out all 4 wisdom teeth, and then cu tout the bone spur of the nose and cut the septum to lay flat in the middle again and re-enforced it.I also had permanent breathing strips put under my eyes that permanently pulled open the airways helping to breather even better. The surgeon said even if someone has a perfect airway if they have a smaller or thinner nose the airways can be too small to get the oxygen they need. The guy that did it Dr.Burnam used to be the team doctor for the Atlanta Thrashers hockey team.I had to stay in bed and the house for about a week.My face ballooned up like a bowling ball.Drinking sweet tea helped with the blood clotting where they took the wisdom teeth out.I had to have the nose surgery because of breathing problems.I would go to sleep and wake up but I couldn't move my limbs as I wasn't getting enough oxygen. The surgeon said I was lucky and could have dies from it as sometimes I couldn't roll myself over to get my face off of the pillow to breathe.Steven I am surprised that they only took 3 wisdom teeth. My surgeon told me that even if the other wisdom teeth are healthy if they have no teeth above them to sit on they can get infected and it's best to take them all out.If it was because one was next to a nerve you should have had a surgeon take all of them out.The dentist won't touch them because if they clip a nerve it can permanently cause you to lose feeling in your face.
Bill Gulley STUPID QUESTIONS!
26 September 2012 | 22 replies
A few of the questions require a five second Google search instead of a post that wastes everyone's time.If someone has to ask who signs a lease or what comps are, I don't know how they will find a deal, put together the financing to purchase it, or ever make it in this business. It would be like if I went on a medical forum and said I would like to be a surgeon and then asked what a scalpel is.
