Hello everyone, I recently enrolled to several wholesaling websites stating I'm a serious investor to see if they have any deals in our crazy market.

Since I too was once interested in RE Investing, I have already enrolled in a RE school.

I really enjoy listening to it.I am currently enrolled in the required college classes to be able to take the real estate exam.

I am enrolling in college fall of 2021.

Then there is another qualification called an Enrolled Agent (EA) which is a Federal license to do tax work, not state-specific.

That gives me the next 3 or so months to work on skills and gather resources (more so than I already have during the pandemic)I'm currently enrolled in a pretty intense SketchUp class and I watch flipping videos on youtube/read flipping books.So my question to you is: If you had 3-4 months of extra time before your first flip, what skills would you have worked on?

In my area, I've noticed A LOT of investors (including potential buyers on this transaction) that won't even consider university/student housing due to how volatile everything is with COVID.What used to be one of the highest margin strategies just became one of the most risky - lower enrollment, more virtual learning, less renting demand.

Currently I'm enrolled at NC State and am trying to get into the student rental market before the next school year rolls around.
