Found this forum through the podcast. I really enjoy listening to it.
I am currently enrolled in the required college classes to be able to take the real estate exam. My plan is to keep my current full time job ( concrete construction ) and work as a Realtor part-time. From there My plan is to invest in rentals or flips-to-rental. I will also look into joining a REI club and get involved. I'm very excited to get started.......wish I would have done this years ago!!!
Thanks for this great resource......
Steve

Welcome to BP Steve!

Awesome plan, It's great that you know where you're going. Two things you can work on right now while you're getting started is making sure your credit is solid & you have a low debt-to-income ratio. This will help with financing BIGTIME in the future.
