Hello, I just graduated from high school with an associates degree. I am 18 yrs old and did not continue school because I couldn't find a major that I enjoyed but I think real estate might be it. I need advice on how I should proceed; I love the idea of flipping houses or renting them for a profit I know it won't be easy but I have a lot of time on my hands to learn.

I am new to everything including biggerpockets, any advice is appreciated and thank you in advance.
