Hello Everyone,

My name is Everett M. Brace. I am originally form Washington DC. I currently reside in Lanham MD. I am a audio video project manager that aspires to be a real estate investor. After a failed attempt years ago with a "family friend" I have decided to get back on the horse and try it again. My goals are to start out wholesaling deals and eventually get into rehabbing and flipping properties. I look forward to learning and networking with all of you.

Everett Brace I am sure you got pitched hard that an expensive coaching program is the next step.

The next step does not have to be an expensive coaching program. Nothing wrong with paying for courses or coaching but it is not the only way to success. There are many members here who can attest to that including Mehran Kamari above. Good luck - Ned

PS: I was going to guess which REIA you went to based on your earlier comment. My guess was right.
