I purchased the book on flipping houses here on bigger pockets and have really enjoyed it.

I really enjoy them and listen to a few of them over and over.

I'm not familiar with CA market other than knowing its very costly to purchase property, live there and even visit (though I enjoy every visit:-)).

I quite enjoy my job and plan on continuing with both for the foreseeable future.

And if there are any other people who read this and feel like you spending is out of control, and you want visibility and awareness and the ability to plan, this might be for you.  

If you plan to hold as a rental---3br, 2.5 with bonus(probably not much difference in rent, but the bonus is a great seller).Flip---4/2.5..most families enjoy that 4th as office/guest bedroom

Btw, our area is REALLY depressed with a surplus of business real estate available; however, we do enjoy the following advantage:1) Right off the interstate with good visibility.2) In a shopping center that includes a WalMart Supercenter and next to a new LaQuinta hotel.3) Large automotive facility occupying 1 acre but includes 3 surrounding acres.

I just listened to this one as well and really enjoyed it.

I enjoy the dialogue.
