Hello everyone! My real name is Stephen Zipp.

Trying to get into REI for a more sound financial future. Thinking cash flow. Looking into buy-n-hold of duplexes. I have a partner who has 3 already, so I have that going for me (unfair advantage... yes, I download and listen to the pod-casts).

As I mentioned, I listen to the pod-casts and I have downloaded a bunch on my phone. I listen to them on my way to and from work. I really enjoy them and listen to a few of them over and over. Nothing beats experience and when you hear those nuggets of knowledge
