Hello All,

I am rather new to real estate investing, but have educated myself here and there with books and seminars over the years. I am from the Atlanta Georgia metro area, more specifically in Lawrenceville. I purchased the book on flipping houses here on bigger pockets and have really enjoyed it. I also joined the Georgia REIA, and have been listening to the bigger pockets podcasts, which are very helpful and fun!

My Background is mainly in technology and I am thinking of pursuing real estate in one aspect or another full time. My initial interests are in flipping and buy and hold, depending on the situation and timing. First I will be focusing on flipping.

I look forward to checking out all of the great forum posts on this site and being an active member.
