Like I'm looking at a property right now that has a beautiful inside, nothing needs to be done to it and the asking price is 100,000 dollars.

So what you are saying is keep my strategy with paying down the mortgage at the speed I want too BUT when I have enough equity paid into the property THEN pull it out and invest into the next property with say such as a HELOC.  

Yeah, the white wire isn't beautiful but my closet is FULLY loaded, top to bottom, with mine and my lady's clothes and there are zero issues.
