New to BP Investing in Lexington and Louisville

Hey there BP friends my name is Tim. I live in Henry County Kentucky and I'm investing in Lexington and Louisville mainly but will go where ever there is a deal. I love to learn and would really like to find a mentor. My main goal is to Fix and Flip but I am going to fund my flips with wholesaling deals and other investments. I am also looking into starting up a property management business. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make my dreams come true! I work a full time job and don't plan on quitting anytime soon, but all my free time after work and my beautiful daughters is dedicated to real estate and learning. If anyone in the Lexington area is willing to mentor I would appreciate it. I'll work hard and help with anything. Even if it's just analyzing deals for you or running comps. I would really like to learn from someone that is doing what I wanna do and is where I wanna be.
