Summary to the original OP and Your questions of viability I was simply saying: Try paid traffic or linkbuilding with the hopes of maybe it will rank in googleCan be google adwords.

He is simply my assistant, and therefore can show houses to clients - but cannot recommend a price to offer or help with negotiations in any way.

I'd say that in this current market the vast majority of the listings that hang on that long are simply overpriced.

It's my understanding that merely speaking generally about a court's treatment of something without specifically applying it to someone's particular circumstances or directing a course of action and clarifying that the information provided is not legal advice is simply providing legal information, which CPAs as well as my neighbor Bob may do all day long, while applying the law or the Tax Court's interpretation of it to someone's particular circumstances and directing a specific course of action, on the other hand, is "legal advice" and would be improper for a CPA to provide.  

Simply Google "evictions lawyer" or something similar...or check the phonebook.

We spent an entire day attempting to scrape the pad off the subfloors, to only partial success.
