Married Couple Brokers - Advantages?
My wife and I are both pursuing our requisite Real Estate licenses here in California.
The question is, should both of us pursue our brokers licenses?
Are there any notable advantages to both of us being brokers? We don't plan on representing buyers or sellers like a typical Broker/Salesperson arrangement. Any input is appreciated!

I can't really see the advantage in both of you being licensed (or at least both having active licenses). If one of you is licensed you'll have the advantages but not the double fees that you would have for both of you (mls, e&o insurance, brokerage fees, etc)
You will have the disclosure requirements either way.
I do think both of you having the training/knowledge is good though.
