Inspections will include not just a physical inspection of the property, but also engineering assessments; environmental assessments; zoning and permit inspections; leases and service contracts and finances (3-5 years, preferable prepared by an accountant).

So i thought i would share.Also, when looking at properties, be aware that just because public L&I records show a property as zoned a certain way doesn't mean its fully zoned.

I realize that there are zoning laws, development issues that can come up with the land itself, difficult decisions regarding where the land should be purchased etc...I would be grateful to hear from anyone out there that would be willing to provide detailed “real life” experience on developing land....
