Networking is also not my strong suit, but I am good at analyzing information, so there is a good chance I am over analyzing things and I just need to get out there to my "uncomfortable zone". 

Inspections will include not just a physical inspection of the property, but also engineering assessments; environmental assessments; zoning and permit inspections; leases and service contracts and finances (3-5 years, preferable prepared by an accountant).   

This money will be used for land acquisition, surveying, engineering, concept plan, blueprints, zoning and building permits, and first 3 unit condo build. 

.- No 100 year old houses- No flood zones

Does it make sense that many, if not most municipalities only allow 2-per-bedroom as per zoning laws, but HUD says that's discriminatory? 

So i thought i would share.Also, when looking at properties, be aware that just because public L&I records show a property as zoned a certain way doesn't mean its fully zoned.

This house was grandfathered in as a duplex in a nice historic area where it’s zones for only single family now.

The entire HOA is zoned for STR so that part is covered.

I am much more familiar with thinking about zoning...  

I realize that there are zoning laws, development issues that can come up with the land itself, difficult decisions regarding where the land should be purchased etc...I would be grateful to hear from anyone out there that would be willing to provide detailed “real life” experience on developing land....
