I have a little over $200k in equity on the property but can't seem to find a lender that is willing to lend on an investment property.

Im only at 30 doors, and we are alllll over the place, SFH, MF, MHP, and commercial!

Always want to have as much control over your property as possible.

Anyone with money and willing to spend money on rent won’t live past exit 6 and even then Macon rd area is getting bad too.
