Homeowners will get a lot of help with their mortgages thats a given.. but you still have inherited etc.. so i have to think there are going to be a few more motivated folks than normal its just how do you get to them.

However, if they usually pay by a certain date and it goes a few days past that date, and they haven't contacted the landlord.... it would be normal and customary to reach out to them.

The selling agent said he never agree to inspections even with cash- unless it is for information only purposes or there is a limit like "no more than a $590 dollar credit for repairs"Is that normal?
