Tenant cloud is free and Rentec costs $15 to $30 per month, but I got burned last time because the software I used was free and there was a huge problem that caused the tenant to triple pay rent and has been a huge headache.

For such a small area having 6 listings currently active is pretty decent. 8 multi units have sold in the last 6 months there so investors ARE picking up properties that need work and successfully turning them around.
