They are getting deluged with requests from existing commercial property owners for loan workouts while landlords consider tenants rent abatement requests.Everyone is chasing the cheese (money) to get through the short term issues.Drive thru QSR is about 30 to 35% down as most is thru drive thru anyways.

The craziness of covid19 kind of creates a lot of uncertainty right now, but things should be back to normal by next summer...timing might work out perfectly for you, actually.
