House-hack in Greenville, SC
Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $135,000
Cash invested: $15,000
Currently living in a duplex house-hack with. I am rehabbing the units myself. One unit will be ready to be rented soon with estimated rents around 850-950. I am living in the other unit, and plan on creating more square-footage out of the attic. With these improvements, we plan on refinancing and pulling out more than what we invested to recycle the cash into another deal.
