Replacing a fuse box with a breaker box (has to be licensed by the city), running a sewer snake through a cleanout hole (I don't want anyones feces on my body, not even my own), crawling under a house to fix plumbing (I'm claustrophobic and have panic attacks), dealing with intruders you catch on security cameras (I call the police and meet them there). 

@Joe Splitrock I agree, you cannot use a "SMS Blast" to an audience without prior consent, but you are still allowed to send text messages as long as a human is manually hitting send on every outgoing message.

@Matt WardIt's not odd, it's that 2-4 units can be bought as owner occupants with VA, fha etc low down loans and that's just what the majority of humanity has to start with.
