Since graduating college back in 2018 I have been in the insurance industry and I worked in a few different job titles before finding the path I enjoyed, which is underwriting. 

- Or am I just going to have to put my real estate investor dream aside until I save enough money through a real job that I will hopefully get after I graduate?

I am assuming since you are 21 and in college you probably don't own your own home (it may help to graduate and get your first job as well...I didn't have enough time in college to invest in RE and study).

One older gentleman that I was talking to told me that he graduated from HS in 1965 and the number of seniors was the same as this year when his grandson graduated.
