How old should I be to start investing?!?

Hello how are all doing, this is my first post. I've been really interested in real estate investing for the past few months now, been reading a lot of different stuff online and doing my research. I think I'm ready to start but I really don't know there are a lot if different view and opinions out there. A little about myself; I am a 21 year old senior at university of Maryland from Towson (Baltimore, md). I'm really interested in multi family income properties to which I can rent out to begin with. I've found some in the Baltimore county areas for good prices. My question is am I in over my head? Should I start investing now? Or wait a few years? Anybody an expert on FHA loans? What steps should I take? Thank you so much, bless
