Hello bigger pockets community,

My name is Kory Denny and I live in the Raleigh area of North Carolina. I currently work for a custom homebuilder and have been in the construction industry for five years. I have a wide range of experience as a carpenter and handyman.

I’m a veteran of the US Army, a recent college graduate and have a passion for building and real estate. I’m by no means a seasoned professional but I always receive excellent customer feedback and am not afraid to work! I currently work between 60 and 75 hours a week between two jobs and side work for myself. I’m looking to get away from one if not both jobs in 2020.

Within 3 to 6 months I plan on completing and testing for my level one building inspection course. Afterwords my intentions are to then start studying for my general contractor residential builder test. As I’m sure most everyone knows these types of commitments take both time and money.

I’m seeking advice, connections and the opportunity to work for some of our local BP investors. I took a break from the BP website but now I’m back and I just wanted to put myself out there and start back connecting :)

Thanks for reading my post and i look forward to connecting with you all.
