Are you attempting to wholesale the property?

I have a property under contract (I’m a Wholesaler) in Nashville TN (Rutherford County) to be exact.

I just wasn't sure with my situation if my goals were obtainable to wholesale and become an investor.

I am a wholesaler/investor and was wondering if anyone knew of any particular websites in the same realm that really knocked their socks off! 

I'm a wholesaler here in Texas and I've been told that the tax delinquent list is some of the best leads if you pull the ones who haven't paid their taxes in over 2 years.The problem is that they're not located in Texas (they're located in North Carolina) and I'm wondering if the same laws and scenario would apply in this state if I pulled the list of tax delinquent properties over 2 years. 

I was wondering what would be a good state to start at, and what you recommend trying first as far as maybe a wholesale deal or a foreclosure etc.

I want to start in wholesale because it’s the cheapest way, from what I know, and I’ve already began to look at homes in my area.

Usually wholesalers will do their own marketing to find things off market, you won't be able to wholesale anything listed on the MLS unless you get it under contract for way less than list price.

I’m 19 so just getting into the world of investing, I have no one else to learn from so I genuinely appreciate all the responses and help.
