Anyone interested in selling any rental property they currently own in Northwest Indiana? I'm a new investor with a couple deals under my belt but hungry for more. Let me know if anyone has any SFR or Multis they may be interested in selling and possibly owner financing their properties. I'm mainly interested in Highland, Valparaiso, Hobart, Crown Point, Whiting, and certain parts of Hammond. Please PM for interested parties.
