First Investment Tips
Hello, I'm new to investing and wanted to see ideas of other members on the best way to invest 60k. I live in Las Vegas Nevada and from what I've gathered from family members is to use the 60k as a down payment into purchasing a property, with the Oakland Raiders relocating here they believe it will be a good investment to rent out.
- How would you best use 60k ?
- If I am to finance a property, using the 60k as a down payment, what price range would be ideal ?
- Open to any other ideas !
