Apparently that's the usual practice around here.I gleaned as much as I could from the proforma, but you shouldn't take the info on it as accurate.Depending on the purchase & sale agreement your agent uses, it should ask for those documents for you to be able to inspect. 

Make sure you have all deposits and withdrawals documented and keep separate bank accounts.

I've found very general documents and a lot of great information on how I'm protected.  

Further, create a unique brand guideline document like your company’s unique tagline, logo, messages, etc. to portray your business.

I just got news that the government is lowering the MIP rate which would knock down some of the monthly premium.

Wrote a letter to her, stating the events that took place and sent her a copy of the documents I received from my bank, via certified letter.

This is not the same as a preapproval, where only the banker reviews the documents.

Interested parties simply contacted our realtor (he had applications at the open house) with all of the required documentation (paystubs, application, application fee).

So if anyone either knows the document I'm speaking about or has something similar I could plagiarize please let me know.
