FHA Streamline
Hey all,
I bought a property in 2013 through an FHA loan with Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP). I just got news that the government is lowering the MIP rate which would knock down some of the monthly premium. The value of the property has not increased by a significant amount either. Are there benefits to doing the FHA streamline and what are the cons if there are any?
