Using Personal HELOC to fund deal for Business property

Hello All,

I'm looking into to purchasing my first rental property but I have a lingering question that has been bothering me for weeks. Is it a good idea to use my personal HELOC to purchase a rental property that will be in the name of my business? I've read in other forums that you shouldn't mix personal and business expenses but I have about 150K at my disposal and I think it would be easier than trying to get a loan. Any advice?
