We rehab in a city with a lot of homes from the early 1900's and have one completed and are in the midst of the second one.

Of course they can happen but then at least as it realates to owner occ SF it seems to make new highs in the very strong coastal markets.. not so much in the middle of the country  with Denver and north side of Chicago as exceptions..

I partner with a couple of young guys in their late 20’s and early 30’s in my nose bleeding expensive market to flip, do some buy-and-hold as well as dabbling into development.

The numbers work as well here as any other of these expensive coastal markets as far as I can see. 

An inland area like ours tends not to have the same spikes and drops as the coastal big cities when things do finally come down.

My Step Dad did Amway back in the 80's and of course got me as a kid to buy into the hype.
