West of Wyoming: cash?
Because I'm from California, looking to invest out of state. Looking for SFH for cash flow. Prefer to stay west of Wyoming. Large enough city for a direct flight from Oakland. So far my research has been a bit dissatisfying.
Seattle, CA cities: no
Reno: rents too low
Boise: rents too low
Phoenix: too hot right now
Spokane: not growing fast enough
Portland or anywhere else in Oregon?
I really don't want to go as far as KC, Indianapolis, or Michigan. If I do, I may go turnkey which in order to get the experience, I'd like to avoid.
Any western states investors getting good cash flow in SFR??
TIA!

@Anita Ahuja Welcome! Look in your back yard. Stockton/ Redding/Red Bluff/Modesto/Lodi etc. These areas have opportunity otherwise look outside the metro areas you suggest. How much cash flow are you looking for?
