I primarily use AIR BNB but I just created my own website which is under construction. www.thewhitemountainretreat.com I am close to Story Land in my Bartlett home so I have no issues booking after Middle of May I  have a marketing campaign ready to launch which I hope will drive more bookings for the spring.

My campaigns were more trial sized than anything.I sent markets to 100 unqualified leads who filled for divorce in the last 6 months.

I've learned a lot by reading tons, and working with some fellow BPers, doing phone and email followup on direct mail campaigns.

When I started my first yellow letter campaign this past February, I had been on BP and attending meetings for almost 10 months prior.  

I'm looking to send my campaigns to one now.

If your direct mail campaign fails miserably, or goes BOOM, you will not know what caused the outcome because you had too many variables. 

BP,I'm about to launch my own direct mail marketing campaign here in the next few days, and I figured I would at least ask about this.

I'd suggest starting a direct mail campaign to find them, or expand your search to areas that are within 1-2 hrs away.

Hi @Justin Montoya,I would recommend either doing a direct mail marketing campaign in which you target a specific list example: Tax Delinquent, Code Violation, High Equity Absentee owner ect.
