Who is the best Live Answering Service?

Our marketing for motivated sellers is getting way to big to answer the phones ourselves. I know some people here on BP prefer VA's, but I haven't have great experiences with VA's, so I want to try a Live answering service.

On top of that I still work full-time, so trying to call everyone back in my spare time is becoming impossible.

I would appreciate any opinions, good or bad, on live answering services you've used!

Man, I just don't like for non-RE people to answer your calls.  Might as well be a monkey.  What is your name?  What is the address of the property? Etc.  Just a bunch of QUESTIONS with no ANSWERS for the guy that called you.  I HATE getting call centers when I hoped to reach a company.  Hate it.   We have coached people that use these services and we'll listen to call recordings and it is PAINFUL.  And then the seller will ask "How does this work?" and the call center person says "I just take your information; someone will call you...".  ARRRGGGHHH....

Now, IF YOU CAN TRAIN the person (or people) that answer you calls, that could be OK, and I suppose it is a bit better than letting the call go to voice mail.  But NOTHING beats having your calls answered by someone that can ANSWER questions, not just ASK them.
